Sure, they are more expensive than Forever 21, but they also will last longer and are made of quality materials. We would pair that bib necklace with a grey tee, distressed jeans, and heeled booties for the perfect day-to-evening look. We would also add a black or charcoal blazer and colored heels to take us to all the holiday parties with ease!
