Want to be the perfect client?

We talk a lot about what questions and things you should ask when you are looking for a photographer but there are also things you can do to help the process. The “perfect client” really is all our clients because we love what we do, but here are some practical ways that you can make it easier on yourself during the client experience:

-Read your emails and answer calls: When we need you to complete tasks like questionnaires, contracts, and payments, please do so in a timely fashion. It really helps us keep your process and booking going smoothly, and that’s a win for everyone!

-Be on time for your scheduled session: When your session is booked, please put down the appropriate times and dates in your planner or phone, and show up on time (preferably even a little early!). Give yourself plenty of time to change, beat traffic, and do all the other things that tend to hold clients up. Being early and timely will help reduce your stress and make sure you get the maximum shoot time for your portrait package.

-Communicate clearly: If you have questions please ask us! We can’t read minds and we want to give you the best experience possible. When you voice your concerns or ideas, we can help you troubleshoot and think of ways to find solutions. We can’t help you if we don’t know that you need extra support in posing, locations, or outfits, and that’s our specialty!
