The New Fall Sweaters You Need

Who doesn’t love a new, cozy sweater?! They’re the perfect way to usher in fall and the autumn season. Especially in this time when some of us are still staying home or not doing as many activities due to COVID, being cozy and comfortable is so important. You may not feel inspired to buy as many clothes, without so many events, parties or dinners happening, but it’s important to also feel good about what you’re wearing! Sweaters are perfect as we begin to transition into cooler weather. Here are our favorites:

Devin Cardigan from Anthropologie: This is such a gorgeous sweater, and although it is almost $100, we feel like you would get plenty of wear out of it for many years to come. The grey/green color is different and unexpected and would look awesome with graphic tees, high waisted jeans, or with leggings and trainers. We like the buttons, especially.

Basic ribbed cardigan from Forever 21: this one is definitely on the opposite end of the price points, but it’s cute and simple and you can stock up on them at this price! We like the heather grey with leggings, or the darker brown color for something that you can wear easily. They’re also lightweight and nice for travel, and can be packed up really easily/rolled tightly.

Cropped sweater from Madewell: I like the idea of a cropped length with different sleeves, and this one fits the bill. I LOVE the color, and the simplicity of it, combined with warmth. Madewell consistently makes gorgeous clothes that last for years and years, and they are definitely worth investing in!

Super simple rainbow sweater: This was one of the most popular sweaters last year, for good reason! Look how cute it is! So simple and you can throw it on with jeans and white converse for a look that would work for a meeting, for errands, or just hanging around the house while still looking put together. Plus, it’s super affordable and easy to wash/line dry! Some sweaters are more challenging to take care of, and no one has time for that!
