Best Spring Hair Accessories

Hair accessories are such a great, budget-friendly way to boost your wardrobe. No matter your personal style, you can find something that is suitable right now on sites like Amazon or Target. It is also a perfect way to boost your spirits in quarantine. Many states are still on stay-at-home orders, or you may be still quarantined due to vulnerable family members or your job. Most of us have not had to buy new clothes in awhile, but fun accessories are affordable and a great way to spruce up your basics.

Here are some of our current must-haves:

Scrunchies: The floral, the stripes…we love them all! Right now, you can get a whole bunch of scrunchies from Amazon for under $10, and have plenty to match every outfit. These aren’t the best quality, the material is polyester, but they are durable and they’ll last at least a few seasons.

Pearl Hairclip: A little pearl hairclip adds elegance and a little bit of polish to a basic tee and jeans. They are under $7 on Amazon or you can find the Time and Tru brand at Walmart for just $3.88. Buy two so you can do a variety of hairstyles, like bangs, side parts, or stack them to the side of your part for a cool and dramatic look. Go for off white pearls for a more high-end look.

Headband: Gone are the days of stretchy workout bands. Pretty metal ones with stars or tiny diamonds are pretty and simple. Slick your hair back (if you don’t have bangs), curl the ends, and let the focus fall on your gorgeous features! It is a total seventies vibe, and looks great with any outfit.

Bobby Pins: There are so many new lines of pins that aren’t meant to be hidden in a bun or ponytail! Look for sparkling gold or little shimmery pins, and use them alongside the back of your hairdo, or along the side of your head. We love them arranged in stars or little decorative lines, You can buy a multi pack on Amazon, or look for them at beauty supply stores.

Happy hairstyling!
