Our past Models were amazing and we had such a great time – We’ve even had their photos published in a few print magazines! I just know even more exciting things are in store for the Class of 2020 Models!
I know you’ve probably got a few questions…hopefully this will help answer them for you!
ABOUT THE JFP MODEL TEAM!
Being on our SENIOR MODEL TEAM (Team Twenty20) for JANICE FREELAND PHOTOGRAPHY is an amazing experience! Each year, I accept a limited number of high school seniors to represent my studio. You get to be a part of gorgeous photo shoots, earn cash, get a FREE Couture Session, free JFP T-shirt, rep my brand, and best of all, meet new friends!
So, how does it work? It’s pretty simple, really. You’ll have a model photo session before you start your senior year. You’ll get to experience all of the fun and pampering first hand and you’ll have beautiful photos to show off. As the official “face” of Janice Freeland Photography, you’ll represent my studio and brand by sharing your photos with your friends and by spreading the word about your, one of a kind, senior portrait experience. The goal is to get your friends excited about booking their own senior photos with me. When they do, they’ll get a discount on their session and you, well, you’ll get a cash referral bonus of $100 CASH or studio credit (your choice) for EACH referral. Not too shabby, huh?
Who can be on JFP’s Senior Model Team? Any class of 2020 senior! We are looking for high school senior girls who are outgoing, involved in school, community and church activities, and who are just all around nice people! No modeling experience is required; we’re looking for natural, genuine high school seniors who love to be photographed!
What Does A Senior Model Member Do?
So, what does a Senior Model Member have to do? It’s TONS OF WORK! Kidding!!! It’s pretty easy, actually – you just promote Janice Freeland Photography by sharing the photos from your model shoot, Senior Session, prom session or any other session you have with Janice Freeland Photography! Tweet them, Instagram them, Facebook them, etc. You’ll also promote JFP social media posts by simply “liking”, commenting or sharing them, and every now and then, I might ask you to tweet, Facebook or Instagram a promotion or something. You’ll also participate in JFP Senior Model events and activities throughout the year.
What you don’thave to do is make any certain number of referrals or pressure your friends into booking (trust me, your photos will sell themselves!) BUT you will only be eligible for senior model rewards, prizes and discounts if you do make referrals. Again…there is no quota to meet and there’s no selling required on your part. If you don’t have any booked referrals, no worries! You’ll still be able to enjoy an amazing senior portrait experience as a JFP senior client!
What Do You Get For Being on Team Twenty20?
All kinds of stuff!
First, you will receive a free mini model and group session before the beginning of your senior year. You’ll also receive digital portfolio app for your smart phone or tablet to send to your friends and web-sized photos from your Model Session to share on social media.
For each booked and completed referral you have, you will receive $100 cash, yes, CA$H. Your friends who book will also benefit from you being part of our team. You will receive a $50 discount towards their senior portrait purchase.
As a member of Team Twenty20, you will receive a FREE Couture Session complete with Airbrush Makeup and Professional Hair Styling. You will also receive a free Prom Session or Cap and Gown Session and you will receive a FREE Year Book Ad.
All Models who have at least one booked referral will also receive exclusive Model pricing on any Collection offered by Janice Freeland Photography.
Is There a Limit to the Number of Referrals You Can Earn?
No! The more you refer, the more you earn. 10 Referrals will not only get you $1000 CASH, you will also receive a Mini Destination Session that will include hair, airbrush makeup and wardrobe for the session.
Can My Mom and Dad Participate, Too?
Absolutely! Firstly, no model is accepted without parent permission. Your parents are encouraged to come to our Spring meet and greet, and are required to attend your Senior Session. Your parents may even get referrals for you…it’s not uncommon for me to hear from new clients that it was a mom that referred them! AND, you’ll still earn your cash referral bonuses, also!
When Will I Be Finished as a Senior Model?
You will be able to get referrals and the credit for them through May 1, 2020.

In order to be considered, you’ll just need to complete the Model Application PASSWORD: JFPhoto and attend an informal interview / information session so we can meet each other in person and find out if we’ll make a good team.
Models will be selected soon after that – and THEN, we’ll make plans for a fun kickoff event and get ready for a fun senior year together!
Only 2 ladies from each school will be selected.
Model applications will be accepted until Saturday, June 30th.
