Your senior year is a special occasion; why settle for just an ordinary senior photographer? Here at Janice Freeland photography, we offer seniors an exclusive, elite experience that gives them beautiful, modern, and editorial style photos that will be the envy of all their friends. Recently, we got to work with beautiful senior Kiersten, from Westminster Schools of Augusta. Her personality is as lovely as she is, and she describes herself as outgoing, friendly, and very social. She stays very busy at her high school, and enjoys playing soccer, and being part of the beta club, the rotary club, and the Red Cross Youth board. In her spare time, she enjoys doing amateur photography of her own, and enjoying the great outdoors. “When I think of true beauty, I think of confidence”, she adds, “True beauty is defined by being the best version of yourself, and feeling confident in who you are. For awhile, I struggled with insecurities, but after lots of encouragement, I have learned to love myself, and I think that is the most beautiful thing that anyone can do.” For her senior session, Kiersten thought she wanted something very creative, outdoorsy, and that showed off her casual, bohemian influenced style. She enjoys shopping at stores like American Eagle and Urban Outfitters, and brought along very colorful, fun outfits for her session. After graduation, she plans to attend Auburn University to pursue a degree in Chemical Engineering. “My favorite thing about your senior portraits is that they are all different, and they show each person’s personality. I think that it’s important for everyone’s senior picture to show what they like and give a depiction of their life. I also love the professional look that your portraits give.” -Kiersten
