“Well..I am excited to just have the title of a senior”, said Sydney, “The perks of senior year include way more independence, more fun, and a laid back school year. My high school is pretty rigorous, I intend to keep my senior year simple and sweet!” I’m not sure how simple she will get to keep her year, with all her activities! She is part of the Latin Club, National Honor Society for the Dance Arts, National Honor Society, Foreign Language Alliance for International Rapport, and the Student Council. In her spare time, she loves watching Netflix, hanging out with friends, and reading. When I asked her what her biggest accomplishment was, she said “Being able to find a sense of happiness and humbled pride in who I have become.” I loved that answer…I think part of the journey of high school is all about finding out who you are.
Sydney says her favorite places to shop are H&M and American Eagle, and that she loves to pore over the latest Free People catalogs and website for fashion inspiration when she dresses up. For her session, she started with a crossover black top, and ultra-glam white, wide leg pants! The look was so fun and super chic. Then, she changed to a cute pink lace romper, and a few other, bohemian inspired outfits (I definitely saw the Free People influence!).
