Tote Bags for Summer
When you choose a great bag for the summer, you want it to be durable and cute. A great tote might be one of the best purchases you make, and can last years and years, if you purchase a well-made bag. I’ve rounded up my favorite ones, so that you can select the one that suits your style!

Classic Leather Bag with Braided Accents: This very classic bag is under $50, and looks really similar to Anthropologie ones. For the price, it’s sturdy, has nice stitching accents, and holds quite a bit. It’s closer in size to a purse than a tote, but it can hold a wallet, iPad, and a notebook and water bottle easily.
Madewell Transport Tote Bag: This is another classic style, but more minimalist and less bohemian. It has a long shoulder strap and shorter tote straps, and we love the color English Saddle for a truly versatile look. For $168, it’s definitely more expensive, but it’s well worth the money, as it will last for years (trust me, I’ve had this one for years!).
Steve Madden boho tote: This one is also on the more expensive side, but is really cute. The black and white print is really stylish and looks great with plain slides, dark jeans, and a boho blouse. Although it’s not leather, it’s well made and will last for several seasons with proper care/cleaning.
Market Tote: If you’ve fallen in love with the cool Instagram Market totes, this is a great, affordable option. It’s under $35, and although it may not last forever, it’s great for the beach or the market and it holds a massive amount of stuff (even beach towels, etc). They look great as photo props as well, filled with flowers! You can’t go wrong with a durable one like this.
