Featured Session | Tessa Volpitto | Aquinas High School
Tessa will be graduating from Aquinas High School as part of the Class of 2016, and when she asked me to do her senior photos, I was sooo excited (let’s be honest, I get excited about all my seniors, though!)….but her beautiful personality and striking features were perfect for some classically elegant senior photos. Tessa wore a retro-inspired white dress for her senior session, and I loved the way the silhouette and cut flattered her and contrasted with her vintage-style curls. If you’re considering a white dress for your senior shoot, it can be a really amazing way to highlight your skin, hair and eyes with a neutral color. Be sure to choose a shade of white that is flattering to your skin tone and the style you want. One advantage of a white dress is that they are available in every style from a prim a-line cut to a long flowing maxi, which means you can find just about anything! If your session is a bohemian style, you could go with something like this maxi (find it here), or for a more classic session like Tessa’s we like this frock from Nordstrom.
If you’re gearing up for senior photos, be sure to check out my session details page. It talks about the three types of sessions that I offer, and what they include. My most popular session is the Couture session, which includes professional makeup and hair, as well as a whopping TWO hours of shoot time! Please contact me today to book!
